Thanks for your order from Krieger Collection!
Order Status
Most items ship will immediately, provided the item(s) is in stock. In the instance an item is sold out or on backorder, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. All custom orders take between 10-12 business days to produce and regarding shipping time, we will provide an estimated date for shipping. If your order is prior to the estimated date, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will receive an email once your order ships with tracking information and the estimated date for delivery. Please note, once your order has been processed, you will have 24 hours to cancel. Any cancellation occurring outside of the 24-hour window will need to be assessed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at info@kriegercollection.com
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed it may be canceled within 24 hours and before it ships. All Krieger Collection custom orders are FINAL sale and can only be canceled within the immediate 24-hour period after purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us directly at info@kriegercollection.com with your order number included in the subject line. If the item is shipped before we receive your request, the order can no longer be canceled. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund shipping charges for orders canceled once shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Krieger Collection wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 business days after delivery of your product. We do not offer refunds. Custom and Special Orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If you wish to return an item, these are the steps you must take:

We will provide a return shipping label. The return shipping and insurance cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the exchange value or store credit amount. The shipping and insurance cost for purchases under $1000 is $24.00. The shipping and insurance cost for a purchase between $1,000-$2,000 is $29.00 and anything over $2,000 is $36.00. Refund for shipping charges are not given, unless we have sent an item in error.
***Custom and Special orders are both non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Custom and Special Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
Items purchased from our “Sale” (section) are also final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.***
If your return is approved, you will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed and you will be given store credit or an exchange less the shipping and insurance cost. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your return. We do not accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than kriegercollection.com. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
REPAIRS
Krieger Collection’s quality and craftsmanship are of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by nature is delicate and most of our pieces are handcrafted. Minor imperfections are normal, but we reassure you that every piece of jewelry shipped has been checked for any and all imperfections prior to being sent. To request a repair, please email us at info@kriegercollection.com with your original order number and a photo of the item you wish to repair for evaluation. Krieger Collection will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 2 months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 2 months, or in the event they are deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.
SHIPPING
Krieger Collection offers free shipping on all continental US orders with the exception of a few items. In addition, we also offer 2-Day shipping for $25, as well as Next Day Air for $50 for anywhere in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is free on all orders over $500. If your order is under $500, a $50 shipping fee will be applied.
All shipments require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the state of FLORIDA will be charged the tax rate of 7%. All orders shipped outside the state of Florida as well as internationally will not be charged sales tax.
PAYMENTS
We accept most major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover, as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Krieger Collection accepts custom orders. Please email us at info@kriegercollection.com with questions about your request and we will do our best to accommodate. Once you place your custom jewelry order, the piece will go into production. After 24 hours, changes or cancellations will not be accepted. Please note, once a custom order has been confirmed, it is a final sale. To cancel a custom order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
